The silence that kills communities

There is a moment in the life of any community that doesn't appear in the manuals. It's neither the beginning nor the end. It's an intermediate, silent, almost imperceptible moment. And it is the most dangerous of all. When many read but few write, the community fades out without drama. I'm not going to let that happen here.
