Your company, inside the conversation

HifiCafé does not sell its users' attention. What it offers a company is a place inside the community, under its own name, posting and answering under rules that protect the reader. You pay a fee to be here; what you bring is what makes you visible.

01Sign up with your company details. If your email is on the same domain as your website, you are approved instantly; otherwise we review it by hand within a day or two.
02Pick a tier and start the subscription. Your invoice with VAT and tax ID arrives every month from Stripe.
03Post from the panel or from the wall, as your company: up to 10 threads a month, always labelled, and answer without limit whoever asks about your products.

Each extra brand, own or distributed, costs €5 a month + VAT. Videos, reviews and events are not included: they are booked separately from the commercial menu. HifiCafé's editorial reviews cannot be bought at any price.

The rules, from day one

—Every post and every reply by a company carries the "Company content" label, visible and impossible to remove.
—Company content is never boosted. The main feed shows at most one company thread in every ten; people who follow the company or its brands see all of them.
—A company replies in threads about its products. It does not promote itself in threads that are not about it.
—Spam, fake accounts or disparaging competitors: one warning, and on the second strike the right to post is lost.
—HifiCafé's reviews are not for sale, and nothing a company posts may look like HifiCafé content.
—Any user can unfollow or mute a company.
